Sample Meal Planner (8 – 10 months)

Here’s a sample of Alicia’s meal planner when she was 8-10 months old (based on 3 meals a day):

Broccoli puree (cooked and added into the porridge just before serving)

**She takes a variety of fruits with us at the end of the day when we eat our fruits.

    Very conscientious mother! I just feed her almost the same thing for lunch and dinner– rice, bok choy/carrots and chicken/egg/tofu and some fruit. :p
    Pediatrician advised against feeding her the Gerber products as they contain High Fructose Corn Syrup. Cheerios are a healthier alternative.

    Thanks Nat. This is the sample menu planner for Alicia when she was younger. I still haven't uploaded the more recent ones…
    She doesn't eat the Gerber product that often so I think it's still ok. The Cheerios I've seen in Sg are sold in a ridiculously huge box and that's a great disincentive to try the pdt out… I dun wanna be stuck eating her food for her 🙂
