We haven’t had a Christmas tree in the house for six years already! In fact, when we moved four years ago, we threw our Christmas tree away because it had gathered too much dust.
The last time we took out the tree was in 2010:
That’s my daughter in 2010. She is 8 years old already. 😀
Now that our children are not toddlers, and not likely going to tear apart the Christmas tree or breaking ornaments, it is finally time to get a Christmas tree!
Just before we got one at the shopping mall, Christmas Tree Singapore asked if we would like a Christmas tree for review. Couldn’t be more timely than that! 🙂
The tree arrived yesterday but we only set it up today because we were all exhausted after being out for an entire day. My girl was significantly more enthusiastic about setting up the tree while the lil one was only interested in hanging the ornaments.
The Arenaria FirTECT™ Christmas Tree we received is 1.5m tall and has 800 branches! This model comes in 1.8m (1200 branches) and 2.1m (2000 branches) too. The tree is designed in Germany, and assembled in China.
- 1 X Palline Baubles (Red)
- 1X Palline Baubles (Gold)
- 1 X Star Treetopper (10cm)
- 1 X lights (warm white)
The Arenaria FirTECT Christmas tree is special as you can tell! It is a hybrid tree – it has a mix of fir and traditional ordinary branches which adds realism, depth, and quality. FirTECT is a German-designed technology made to ensure that the structure of the trees may withstand a load greater than the stand of an ordinary artificial Christmas Tree. That being said, trees with FirTECT are able to look more dense because they can hold up to 25% more branches than what is usually sold in the market. FirTECT also enables the leaves of the branches to go through hyper realistic digital printing to ensure that there will be a slight natural variation in the shades of green.
Overall, we find the tree sturdy and we really like the full luscious look. The mix of different types of branches definitely makes the tree stand out from the usual ones!
There’s an excellent promotion which ends at 2359hrs tonight! Christmas Tree Singapore is having a sale, with trees from $25 (promotion valid only 29 and 30 Nov 2016)!

Disclosure: We were provided with a Christmas tree and the accompanying ornaments for review. No monetary compensation was received.
