French beans with egg

- 2 handfuls of french beans / 1 packet from NTUC (sliced thinly diagonally)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- fish sauce/ light soy sauce to taste
- 100ml water/stock
- 2 teaspoons oil
- ½ teaspoon light soy sauce
- a dash of sesame oil
- a dash of ground white pepper
- Snap off both ends of the french beans and pull off as much of the 'fiber' as possible in the process.
- Wash the french beans then slice thinly, diagonally.
- Fry the garlic in the oil in the wok.
- Add the french beans and stirfry for 1 minute.
- Add in water/stock and simmer the french beans till cooked and there's not much water/stock left.
- Add fish sauce/ light soy sauce to taste.
- Swirl in the beaten egg bit by bit over the french beans.
- When the egg is cooked through, dish and serve.
