Ginseng roots with mai dong drink

Ingredients
  • 1 large handful ginseng root
  • about 35g ophiopogon tuber
  • 5-6 sticks candied wintermelon
  • about 1-1.5 L water
Instructions
  1. Rinse the herbs.
  2. Add all the herbs into the pot of water and bring to a boil.
  3. Leave it to boil for 5min then turn off the fire and cover the pot.
  4. Leave it to steep for at least half an hour before consuming the drink.
