Steamed minced pork with egg

- 1 egg
- 80-90g minced pork
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon hua diao jiu
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon dark soy sauce
- a couple of dashes of ground black pepper
- Marinate meat for at least 15 min in the fridge.
- Place the meat in the bowl to be used for steaming the dish.
- Add the egg and water to the marinated meat and mix thoroughly.
- Once the water is boiling, place the dish in the steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes on medium/ high heat.
- Serve with porridge (ideally) or rice.
