Steamed minced pork with egg

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 80-90g minced pork
  • 2 tablespoons water
Marinate pork with:
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hua diao jiu
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • a couple of dashes of ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Marinate meat for at least 15 min in the fridge.
  2. Place the meat in the bowl to be used for steaming the dish.
  3. Add the egg and water to the marinated meat and mix thoroughly.
  4. Once the water is boiling, place the dish in the steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes on medium/ high heat.
  5. Serve with porridge (ideally) or rice.
