Kidzania Singapore is hands down one of the kids’ favourite places! We loved it so much the first time we went that we paid for the citizenship. And that’s even though the kids only got to play like 4-5 stations for the entire day.
Since then, we’ve gone back a few times and the kids have recently become Distinguished citiZens last Sunday when we made our second trip down in December.
Two Sundays back, we were invited by Kidzania to check out the Kidz & Health event.
As it was the last day of the event (it was the only day we could make it amidst our packing madness), some of the activities weren’t available anymore, but we definitely took advantage of the perks the event offered – 2 extra Kidzos for health-related jobs and save 2 Kidzos for health-related activities.
We couldn’t make it on other dates and other events Kidzania hosted such as the Christmas Family Fun event on 9 December which was held at night till 10pm, for both parents and kids alike to enjoy the various role-playing activities. But I’m sure there’ll be more such events at night for parents and children to bond at Kidzania.
So last Sunday, we went to Kidzania again because we had promised the kids that we’d be back again before the year ends. We made use of the current promotion now – 50% off adult ticket with every kid ticket purchased (we managed to save $35). The only thing is that this promotion is only for walk-ins so it’s not applicable to online ticket purchases.
The Christmas event has started at Kidzania on 11 Dec and will run till 31 Dec. This year, kids learn about empathy with Memories Through Time, themed Hope! As it’s the season of giving, it is a good opportunity to encourage kids to share their joy by giving back to the community!
Kids can take part in the Giving Hope Donation Drive by buying gifts with their well-earned kidZos for children from Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society (THK), while enjoying the Christmas festivities.
When we visited on Sunday, the booths weren’t open so be sure to check these out and make the donations when you’re there on other days.
There are also life-sized Snowmen decked in festive decorations located around in the City.
We had another fun day at Kidzania and the kids are still hoping to visit soon to try out more jobs! 😀
Disclosure: We were invited to check out Kidzania’s Kidz & Health event. No other monetary compensation was received.
