To all indoor playground fans, Polliwogs has opened its third branch in VivoCity! Located on the third floor, this new indoor playground is just beside Modestos and along the linkway which links Harbourfront and Vivocity. Compared to the Robertson Walk and East Coast branches, I’d say Polliwogs Vivocity is the most convenient to get to via public transport.
Like most playgrounds, there are two areas, one for the tots and one for older kids:
Of course my kids went in different directions immediately!!
Little Boy took his time to check out the toddler area:
And the spinning ‘cups’!:
So he does the most natural thing – bring a girl along!
There’s a ball pit at the toddler area:
And this shot was taken at the wavy slides area:
My girl got into a small scuffle at the wavy slides with an older boy who misunderstood her intentions (yeah, I witnessed the whole thing from start to end) so I forgot to take a shot of the slides (it was a parenting moment for me as I watched her work the problem out on her own without intervening – in the end she chose to walk away from a boy who was calling her ‘stupid’ and throwing balls at her – good choice, really). But those slides are really fun and even my little one could climb up on his own and slide down the slides.
I didn’t follow my girl around the playground – she’s just too fast for me so there aren’t many shots of her deep within the playground. hehe…
My little one checking out the ‘floating’ balls area:
This was the only shot I got of both of them together at the playground!:
And because there were so many Singapore Mom Bloggers there that day, we just had to get a shot together!:
There are two party rooms for parties or other functions and they also have party packages which you can check out from their website. There’s also a cafe where you can order drinks and snacks while your kids have their workout. 🙂
Now here’s the good news. Polliwogs is kindly giving away THREE passes to Simply Mommie’s readers.
