Celebrating my special day

This year, I’ve been blessed with well, more than one birthday celebration! Feels as if I just turned 21. Oh wait, yes, I turn 21 this year, and erm, every year since erm, never mind. 😛

Well, celebrations started last Saturday where my mum cooked a yummilicious dinner for me (photos are in her cam), and I managed to get her and my aunt to babysit BOTH children yesterday so that hubby and I could have a quiet dinner. Now that I think about it, that was the longest, uninterrupted dinner I’ve had with my hubby since I became a mum.

Today, we brought our little girl to decorate my birthday cake, something which she has been asking to do since last year:

The finished cake, right before she suddenly squirted a whole load of icing on the cake:

We brought home the cake and had a really quick celebration:

The highlight of having a birthday cake – the blowing out of the candle!

Apart from the decorated cake and the two delicious dinners I had, my girl also made this for me last week:

Let’s hope it’d be a good year ahead for me. Happy birthday to me!
